A video has surfaced online showing a Nigerian teen who made a caterpillar controllable with water and syringe.
According to a tweet by Joshua Gabriel Oluwaseyi, the teenager who is a native of Akwa Ibom State showcased his work at the Uyo state secretariat.
“So this Nigerian teen from Akwa Ibom state created this Caterpillar which he controls with water and syringe.. This was filmed earlier today in Uyo state secretariat…please retweet until his talent matters,” Joshua wrote.
“Anyone who knows the guy who collected his number, please DM me, someone in China needs to reach the boy,” he added.
The tweet which was accompanied by a 44-seconds video showed the young boy manipulating his work in the presence of onlookers, many of whom were baffled by his ingenuity.
One of them, stunned by the movements of the caterpillar, could be heard saying, “Are you for real? Jesus! Can you imagine! Can you imagine!”
“Na for real be dis o. Dis no be magic. Haha! Dis tin dey surprise me o!” another onlooker spoke in pidgin.
Meanwhile, another Nigerian who is a tech enthusiast and simply identified as Martins Udotai, has shown interest in helping the teen to up his potentials and knowledge in drones.
Udotai requested Nigerians to link him with the teen, stating that, “I would love to teach him about drones for free. How they work. How to build them. And how to fly them. Please retweet this till I get in contact with this young engineer.”
It is hoped that the teen would be located in the shortest possible time in order to get him connected to those willing to enhance his creativity.
