The festive season with all its frenzy and activities has grounded to a halt and reality is gradually settling in once again. And for me, I’ve had my share of the seasonal boom and also settling to the normal flow of business that is devoid of the heavy business traffic that is associated with the yuletide season. Thinking about this now, I can’t believe that I’ve been away for so long. In my head, it feels as if I just posted something just last week, but alas, that isn’t the situation. But I missed doing this anyway and with this New Year and with the renewed energy, I’m happy to be back here doing this once again.
So guys, I’m sure you have also begun to get in tune with the reality that a new year has started and will most likely want some certain aspects of your life to change or get a fresh flash of improvement. Also, for folks who believe in making New Year resolutions, I’m certain that many resolutions must have been made already; including those that will be redeemed and those that will or have already been broken even as young as the year still is.
Irrespectiveof the category you fall into, the year is still very young and therefore, there is still so much hope and so much successes to be achieved and challenges to be surmounted. However, there are rules and principles that determine how your year eventually pans out. It’s however left for you to determine those principles and apply them to areas of life that are pertinent to you.
In retrospect, 2017 was an average year for me and I am about to switch things and turn up the volume of things especially in my chosen careers. I’ll encourage you to do the same so that when things start popping, we will know that the popping is legit and recognize that we actually worked enough to actually take a break to do some popping. As they say ‘All work and no play makes Jack and Jill dull people’taking breaks every once is a while is ‘imporant’(in Jenifa’s ‘foice’).
This year, I’m going to be talking about music and disc jockeying issues on a whole new and interactive level and every once in a while, lace the discussion with trending issues in the world of entertainment or even politics. So, expect interactive and intellectual articles on this platform this year.
So, from me to you, I bid you welcome into this New Year. I wish you success and all the good things you desire. And as the Late Tai Solarin always said in his lifetime, ‘May your road be rough’, but however, no matter how rough it gets, may you always succeed excessively.
See you next week when I will take off from the topic where I stopped off- TIPS TO HELP YOU IN CHOOSING A WEDDING DEEJAY.
Be the best of you and have a great week!!!
