Nigerian Oshoala Asisat Crowned Best Striker In Chinese Women’s League

Nigerian Super Falcon’s striker, Oshoala Asisat, has been crowned as the best striker of the season for 2017. The Dalian Quanjian F. C. forward attacker scored twice and assisted twice to give her team the top notch.

Oshoala was the highest goal-scorer and named the best player at the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. She was also second top goal-scorer and named best player with the Super Falcons team which won the 2014 African Women’s Championship.

After her stunning switch from Arsenal Ladies at the beginning of the campaign, the 23-year-old striker scored 12 goals for Quanjian in her maiden season. Her exploits helped her team to a sterling triumph in the Chinese Women’s Super-Cup.

Her wowing efforts did not go without recognition, as she was awarded laudably. Celebrating her award via her Instagram page, Asisat appreciated her family, friends and supporters.
